Construction of 01 Farmhouse 2000 Sqyds Balance Works in Sector-01 DHA City Karachi

Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) DHA City Karachi invites eligible contractors and firms to undertake the construction of 01 farmhouse (FH#38) covering 2000 square yards along with balance works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi. This project requires experienced contractors with valid PEC registration for the year 2025-26 and active taxpayer status on the FBR list. Items being procured: - Construction of 01 x Farmhouse (FH#38) 2000 Sqyds - Balance Works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi The technical scope includes comprehensive construction activities for the farmhouse and associated balance works within the specified sector. Contractors must ensure compliance with PEC category C6 and specification codes CE-09 and CE-10. The site is located at DHA City Karachi, a well-known development area requiring high standards of workmanship and adherence to DHA regulations. Bidders must possess valid PEC registration and be on the active taxpayer list. Bid documents can be obtained from the Technical & Contract (T&C) Section of DHAC Karachi starting 06 July 2026 upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable bid fee of Rs. 2,000 in the form of a pay order favoring DHA City Karachi. Earnest money in the shape of a pay order amounting to 2% of the bid value must accompany the bid. Sealed bids must be delivered to the T&C Section DHAC Karachi by 1430 hours on 29 July 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives with an authority letter. This tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
