This project requires experienced firms with valid PEC registration in categories C6 and CE-10, and active FBR tax registration for the current financial year. Items being procured: - Construction of 01 x Farmhouse (PH-621) 3000 Sq.yds. - Balance Works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi The technical scope includes full construction activities for the farmhouse and associated balance works within Sector-01. Contractors must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and quality standards as per the bid documents. The site is located at DHA City Karachi, a well-developed area requiring adherence to local building codes and PDOHA regulations. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration under categories C6 and CE-10, proof of active taxpayer status on the FBR ATL, and relevant experience in similar residential construction projects. Bidders must submit sealed bids along with a 2% bid security in the form of a pay order favoring DHA City Karachi. Bid documents can be obtained from the Technical & Contract Section (T&C) at DHA City Karachi starting 16 July 2026 upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable bid document fee of PKR 2,000.
