Construction of Feeder Canal and Rectangular Section & Allied Structures for Chashma Right Bank Canal Lift-Cum-Gravity Project

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites bids for the construction of the Feeder Canal (RD 99+000 to RD 131+036) – Rectangular Section & Allied Structures as part of the Chashma Right Bank Canal (Lift-Cum-Gravity) Project in Dera Ismail Khan. This project is funded under the PSDP Scheme and aims to enhance irrigation infrastructure. Items being procured: - Construction of Feeder Canal (RD 99+000 to RD 131+036) Rectangular Section - Allied Structures related to the Feeder Canal The scope includes civil works for canal construction and associated structures. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-A/no limit and specialized codes CE-02 and CE-04. Firms must also be active taxpayers on the ATL of FBR and registered with relevant provincial revenue authorities. Joint ventures with local firms complying with PEC by-laws are allowed. Bidding will follow the Public Procurement Rules 2004 under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the E-PADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online by 01.12.2026 before 11:00 hours. Hard copies of technical proposals with bid security must also be delivered to WAPDA Auditorium, WAPDA House Lahore by the same deadline. A bid security of Rs. 500 million is required. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at WAPDA Auditorium, WAPDA House Lahore on 10.11.2026 at 11:00 hours.
