Construction of Fire Watch Towers at Nizampur and Behram Dheri Reserved Forests

The Peshawar Forest Division Nowshera invites E-Tenders under the Single Stage Single Envelope Method as per KAPPRA Rules-2014 on EPADS from reputable contractors registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for Sales Tax and Income Tax and also registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 category or above for the year 2025-26. The project titled 'Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Sustainable Forest Fire Mitigation and Management System in Central Southern Forest Region-I' includes the construction of two Fire Watch Towers. Items being procured: - Construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Nizampur Reserved Forests, Nizampur Forest Sub-Division, Peshawar Forest Division at Nowshera - Construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Behram Dheri Resumed Land, Charsadda Forest Sub-Division, Peshawar Forest Division at Nowshera Each project has an estimated cost of Rs. 6.000 Million with a completion time of 5 months and requires a 2% call deposit as earnest money. The works involve civil construction at forest sites to enhance fire monitoring capabilities. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal and submit their E-Bids by 02 November 2026 till 03:00 PM, with opening at 03:30 PM the same day. Bid security of 2% CDR from a Scheduled Bank in favor of the Divisional Forest Officer must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the closing date. All federal and provincial duties, including KPRA taxes, are applicable. Bids must be signed by authorized persons. Late, conditional, or manual bids will not be entertained.
