Items being procured: - Dismantling cement block masonry (1116.90 Cft) - Providing and laying 1:3:6 cement concrete solid block masonry wall 6" and below in thickness (295.35 Cft) - Providing & fixing bitumen felt paper of 60 Lbs over roof including cleaning and applying bitumen coat (4580 Sft) - Providing 3" thick topping of cement concrete (1:2:4) including surface finishing (4580 Sft) - Preparing surface and painting with matt finish including rubbing and applying 3 coats (1552 Sft) - Two coat distempering (782 Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (258.06 Cft) - Providing & laying porcelain tile in flooring or facing of approved design (698 Sft) The technical scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance works involving masonry, roofing, flooring, and finishing works at the specified government office building. All materials and workmanship must comply with the approved specifications and standards. The site is located in Karachi, Sindh.
