Construction of Fire Watch Towers at Nizampur and Behram Dheri Reserved Forests, Peshawar Forest Division Nowshera

The Peshawar Forest Division Nowshera invites reputable contractors registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above for the construction of fire watch towers under the project titled 'Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Sustainable Forest Fire Mitigation and Management System in Central Southern Forest Region-I'. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Single Envelope method on the EPADS platform. Items being procured: - Construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Nizampur Reserved Forests, Nizampur Forest Sub-Division, Peshawar Forest Division at Nowshera - Construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Behram Dheri Resumed Land, Charsadda Forest Sub-Division, Peshawar Forest Division at Nowshera Each project has an estimated cost of Rs. 6.000 Million with a 2% call deposit and a completion time of 5 months. The works involve civil construction at forest sites to enhance fire monitoring and mitigation capabilities. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPAD link and submit their bids electronically by 02 November 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bid security of 2% in the form of CDR from a Scheduled Bank in favor of the Divisional Forest Officer must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked 'Bid Security' before the closing date. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. All federal and provincial duties, taxes including KPRA taxes, and stamp duties are recoverable as per government directives. The firm must comply with KPRA rules and be registered accordingly. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reasons as per KPRA rules.
