Items being procured: - Operation and Maintenance of HVAC/VRF System 1st Quarter at Family Medical Complex PEMH Rawalpindi - Repair and Maintenance of HT/LT Generator Sets at PEMH Rawalpindi - Repair and Maintenance of Roof Treatment of Scrub Area Cath Lab (A&B) at AFIC and NIHD Rawalpindi - Provision of Drainage System in OPD Plant Room at AFIC and NIHD Rawalpindi - Repair and Maintenance of Generator Set 800 KVA at AFIC and NIHD Rawalpindi - Provision of HVAC Duct in Paeds OT at AFIC and NIHD Rawalpindi - Repair, Maintenance, Renovation, and Upgrade Works of Building and Roads / Electrical and Mechanical at PEMH, AFIC-NIHD, AFIO, AFIRI, AFIMH, AFIT, AFIRM, and AM College Rawalpindi The contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and belong to categories A, B, C, D, or E on the approved MES list. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience and credentials as per the requirements. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ).
