Repair, Renovation, Outsourcing, PPE Supply, Pipeline Laying, and Weather Shield Works at Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad

Ayub Medical & Teaching Institute Abbottabad invites bids from eligible firms and bidders in accordance with KP-PPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for multiple works and services at the hospital located in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Repair of Building Joints at ATH - Outsourcing of Hospital Waste Management Services - Model Renovation & Upgradation of all wards and toilets at main building ATH - Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Hospital Safety Gears for ATH - Laying of new GI Pipelines at Ayub Teaching Hospital - External Weather Shield for MCHC Building and Rock Wall of ATH The scope covers civil repair works, renovation, safety equipment supply, pipeline installation, and external protective structures. Bidders must be registered on KP-EPADS and submit bids through the electronic portal. A bid security of 2% of the bid value in the form of CDR is required for each lot. Tender fee of Rs. 1500 is non-refundable and must be submitted with the bid security in original sealed envelopes. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope system except for PPE which is Single Stage Single Envelope. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16-10-2026 at 10:00 Hrs in the Hospital Director's conference room. Bids must be submitted by 04-11-2026 at 10:30 Hrs and will be opened the same day at 11:00 Hrs. Failure to submit original bid security and tender fee physically will lead to disqualification.
