Construction of Flood Protection Bund Along Kullian River to Protect Key Public Facilities and Residential Areas District Kharan

The Irrigation Division Kharan invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a flood protection bund along the Kullian River to safeguard key public facilities including BRC, Cadet College, Stadium, and residential areas in District Kharan for the year 2026. Items being procured: - Construction of Flood Protection Bund Along Kullian River to Protect Key Public Facilities (BRC, Cadet College, Stadium) & Residential Areas, District Kharan This project involves civil works to build a protective embankment designed to mitigate flood risks in the specified areas. The scope includes earthworks, structural reinforcement, and related construction activities as per the composition schedule rates for 2023 on percentage basis. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be active taxpayers, not blacklisted by any procuring agency, and registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must have completed at least three similar assignments with a minimum turnover of Rs. 240 million and demonstrate financial capacity with a credit line of Rs. 240 million from a scheduled bank. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 3% of the offered cost must be submitted as bid security. PEC category C-3 and above with specialization code CE-04 is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 02 November 2026 at 09:00 AM via the EPPS system. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM at the office near DIG Police House, Main Quetta Road Kharan.
