Tender Description
The Recharge Pakistan Irrigation Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible contractors/firms registered with the Provincial Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 to submit electronic bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).
Items being procured:
- Package-I: Construction of Flood Protection Embankment at Paniala
- Package-II: Construction of 2 No. Flood Protection Embankments at Wanda Lohani
This tender involves the construction of flood protection embankments at Paniala and Wanda Lohani in District D.I. Khan as part of the Recharge Pakistan project focused on building resilience to climate change through ecosystem-based adaptation and green infrastructure for integrated flood risk management in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Bidders must be registered with PEC in category CE-04 and comply with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). The financial bids will be opened after technical bid approval. A 2% bid security of the estimated cost must be submitted in favor of Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division South Waziristan Recharge Pakistan. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 31/08/2026 at 11:30 AM at the office near Judicial Complex Kachahri Road D.I. Khan. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS, with financial bid and bid security also submitted in hard copy by courier within the deadline.
