The Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi invites technically and financially sound contractors and firms registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on Punjab e-Procurement System and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category to participate in the establishment of a public park at KRL Road Rawalpindi.
