Construction of Flood Protection Bunds/Gabion Walls/Spur in Lijjay, Ulmark, Sarawan, Sarkharan and Gowash Area District Kharan

The Irrigation Division Kharan invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of flood protection bunds, gabion walls, and spurs in multiple locations within District Kharan. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026 and is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of flood protection bunds - Gabion walls - Spur works in Lijjay, Ulmark, Sarawan, Sarkharan, and Gowash areas The scope involves substantial civil works focused on flood protection infrastructure. The project requires experienced contractors with PEC category C-4 or above and specialized code CE-04. Bidders must have completed at least three similar assignments with a minimum turnover of PKR 140,000,000 in the last three years. Financial capacity must be supported by a bank credit line of PKR 140 million from a scheduled bank. The contractor must demonstrate availability of construction machinery, equipment, and qualified technical staff. A realistic and project-specific work schedule (Bar Chart or CPM) and method statement on official letterhead are mandatory.
