Tender Description
Municipal Committee Ali Pur Chattha invites sealed tenders for the implementation of a budget allocation for the financial year 2026-27. Registered contractors on the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes are eligible to participate. The estimate of the scheme is based on MRS 2nd Bi-annual 2026.

- Construction of Football Ground Mohallah Kashmir Colony Municipal Committee Ali Pur Chattha
Tenders and bidding documents must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System Dashboard by 19 10 2026 at 02:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their representatives in the Hall of Municipal Committee Ali Pur Chattha.
Contractors must upload earnest money in the form of CDR in favor of Municipal Committee Ali Pur Chattha @5% of the estimated cost. The original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before the bid opening, otherwise the contractor will be disqualified. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Selection will be based on least cost.
Submission of forged documents or CDR will lead to legal action. Successful bidders offering rates more than 4.99% below the total estimated cost must deposit additional performance security as per PPRA/Works Rules 2017 within the stipulated period after acceptance of bids. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposited money without further notice.
This tender notice is available on the PPRA website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx). Response time is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website. Contractors will be bound to perform the works in accordance with PPRA Rules.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely uploading of all required documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System and timely submission of original CDR to avoid disqualification. Double-check all documents for authenticity to prevent legal complications.
