Hiring of Contractors for Renovation Work at BOP Branches in Sahiwal and Lahore

The Bank of Punjab is inviting well reputed organizations and companies for the hiring of contractors to carry out renovation work at its branches located at Pak Pattan Road Branch, Sahiwal and Pine Avenue Branch, Lahore. This procurement is being conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Renovation work at Pak Pattan Road Branch, Sahiwal - Renovation work at Pine Avenue Branch, Lahore Bid documents are immediately available for free download from the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded and submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 20-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date/time to be announced. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates are mandatory with the bids.
