Construction of Foundation, Erection, Stringing Work for Ground Clearance of 132 Kv Tando Allahyar-Sultanabad Transmission Line

The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites bids for the construction of foundation, erection, and stringing work for ground clearance at locations No 14 and 15 of the 132 Kv Tando Allahyar-Sultanabad Transmission Line. This project is based in Hyderabad, Sindh, and is a deposit work funded by HESCO. The scope includes excavation, construction of tower foundations using S.R Cement mix, installation of grounding sets, transportation and erection of tower type ZM 30+3m, dismantling of existing structures, stringing of ACSR Lynx conductors, and installation of guy wires. The work requires specialized skills in electrical and civil construction, including welding and handling of electrical transmission line components. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under categories CE-10 and EE-05, be active taxpayers on the FBR and SRB lists, and have completed at least two similar works in the last seven years with DISCO or NTDC, supported by work orders and completion certificates. Bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 50,000 in the form of a bank guarantee or CDR from a scheduled bank, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. The bid submission deadline is 16th June 2026 at 10:00 AM via the EPADS e-bidding system, with original bid security to be submitted one working day prior to the deadline at the Office of Project Director GSC HESCO, Water Wing Colony Hussainabad Hyderabad. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. The contract completion period is 30 days.
