Construction of Futsal Court at IBA Main Campus Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites bids for the construction of a Futsal Court at its Main Campus located in University Enclave, Karachi. This procurement is issued by IBA Karachi and requires bidders to be registered with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities. The site visit is scheduled for August 27, 2026 at 12 PM at IBA Main Campus. Bidders must have PEC Category C-6 or above, valid NTN and SRB registration, and demonstrate experience of at least 3 similar projects in the last 5 years. Performance security of 5% of contract value is required upon award. The contract duration is 30 days from the commencement date. Liquidated damages of 0.05% per day up to 10% of contract value apply for delays. Bids must be submitted by September 2, 2026 at 2:30 PM and will be opened the same day at 3:00 PM at IBA Karachi. Only bids submitted through EPADS with original bid security delivered physically will be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
