Construction of Girls Hostel at LIMHS Thatta Campus Block-B

Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences Jamshoro invites bids electronically through EPADS on Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from well reputed firms/companies registered with valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-4 or above and disciplines CE-09, CE-10 & EE-04, EE-06 along with valid registration with Tax Authorities (FBR & SRB) and valid Electrical license issued by the Govt. of Sindh. The procurement is for the construction of Girls Hostel at LIMHS, Thatta Campus (Block-B) located in Thatta, Sindh. Items being procured: - Excavation in rock - Dry rammed brick or stone soling ballast - Cement concrete plain - Reinforced Cement concrete work - Fabrication of mild steel reinforcement - Pucca Brick Work in foundation and plinth - Filling watering and ramming earth in floors - Cement plaster - Providing and fixing G.I frames for doors - Providing and fixing doors, windows and ventilators - Electrical wiring and fittings including ceiling fans, wall bracket fans, earthing set - Water supply and sanitary fittings including W.C. pans, lavatory basins, floor traps, bib-cocks, wash basin mixtures, steel sinks, G.I pipes and fittings The technical scope includes all civil, electrical, and sanitary works as per detailed BOQs and CSR 2024 standards. The site is Thatta Campus of LIMHS with a completion time of 6 months. Bidders must have PEC registration in specified categories, valid tax registrations, and electrical licenses. Experience in similar works with satisfactory performance certificates is mandatory. Earnest money of 5% of bid cost is required in the form of pay order/demand draft in favor of Vice Chancellor, LUMHS Jamshoro. Bidding documents can be downloaded and submitted through EPADS portal. Technical proposals will be opened first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified bidders. Bid security of 5% is required and refundable to unsuccessful bidders. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bid or cancel the bidding process as per SPPRA rules. The submission deadline is 03-11-2026 by 11:30 am with opening at 10:00 am same day.
