Tender Description
The District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms, contractors, and suppliers for the construction of a graveyard boundary wall at Chak No. 118/GB, Tehsil Jaranwala, District Faisalabad for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended).
Items being procured:
- Construction of Graveyard Boundary Wall at Chak No. 118/GB, Tehsil Jaranwala, District Faisalabad
The scope includes the complete construction of the boundary wall as per technical specifications available on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical and eligibility criteria as detailed in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and have a valid PEC category relevant to civil works. A Bid Security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts, or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-PS portal by 10:00 AM on 26-11-2026. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and authorized representatives of bidders.
Incomplete, incorrect, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
