Tender Description
National Grid Company (NGC), formerly NTDC, invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the construction of a hostel building and mess hall at the TSG South Training Center in Hyderabad. This procurement is conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Hostel Building
- Construction of Mess Hall
The project involves civil works for building construction at the training center site in Hyderabad. Bidders should have relevant PEC registration and experience in similar construction projects. Earnest Money and bid security requirements apply as per NGC and PPRA rules.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pads system by 11:00 A.M. Pakistan Standard Time on 31st August 2026. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M.
