Tender Description

The Public Works Department (PWD) Highways Division Rawalakot Azad Jammu & Kashmir is procuring construction, improvement, reconditioning, and black topping of approximately 30 km of link roads across various constituencies in District Poonch. This tender covers multiple packages involving link roads such as Manjhari Hussainkot, Ghazi Yousaf Nakar Trapi Baloha, Kiyani Muhallah upper Hari to Jamia Masjid Hari, Azhar House to Muhallah Kals Mazar, and many others with total lengths ranging from 1.5 km to 2.5 km per package. The technical scope includes civil works for road construction and black topping, with a completion period of 24 months for each package. The works require contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for FY 2025-26 in category C-5 and above, with specialization code CE-01.
