Tender Description
The Public Works Department Highways Division Rawalakot Azad Jammu & Kashmir is procuring construction, improvement, reconditioning, and black topping services for approximately 30 kilometers of link roads across various locations in District Poonch AJ&K. This tender covers multiple packages involving link roads such as Khakroob to Qazi Nazeer, Lower Kherota, Trani Bazar to Dab Trani, Hascol Pump to Dhan Nar, and others with total lengths ranging from 1.5 km to 3 km per package. The scope includes earthworks, road surfacing, and black topping to improve connectivity and road quality in the region.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the fiscal year 2025-26 under the appropriate PEC category C-5 and above with specialization code CE-01. Firms must also be registered with FBR and ATL and have relevant experience in road construction and black topping works. Joint ventures are allowed but require prior approval from the employer.
