The Communication & Works Department of Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites electronic bids under the Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding System for the construction, improvement, reconditioning, and blacktopping of 30 Km link roads in District Neelum. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the specified categories (C-4 & Above, C-5 & Above) and have FBR/ATL registration. Earnest Money (Bid Security) is required as per the amounts listed for each package and must be deposited in the Divisional Joint Account with specified banks. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bank receipts and other required documents on the E-Bidding dashboard. Electronic bidding will be conducted on a percentage basis (Above/Below/At par) with evaluation considering two digits after the decimal point.
