Institutional Strengthening, Capacity Building & Construction of Official Setup of Irrigation Department at Kalaya Lower Orakzai

The Irrigation Division District Orakzai, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids through the Single Stage Single Envelope EPAD System for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Strengthening and Renovation of Residential Quarter/Office at Kalaya Lower Orakzai The project involves renovation and strengthening works of official residential and office quarters, ensuring improved infrastructure and capacity building for the irrigation department. Eligible firms and contractors must have renewed enlistment and PEC license in the relevant category C6 & above (CE-04) for the year 2026-27. Registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA) and active taxpayer status with the Income Tax Department are mandatory. The last date for bid submission is 05 November 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 02:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 29 October 2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division District Orakzai. Bidders must submit original Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) and comply with all KPPRA rules and notifications. A tender fee of 0.03% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a non-refundable separate CDR.
