Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation and Widening of BT Roads in Hazara Division Kohistan Upper

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of BT roads in Hazara Division, specifically in Kohistan Upper. This tender covers three main packages under ADP No. 1393/251395 for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement is conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope System on EPAD, ensuring transparency and compliance with KP Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of BT Roads including: 1) Package No.1: (i) Summar Nullah Road (950 m), (ii) Construction of shingle road from Moos to Susak Dong Nallah (1.40 Km), (iii) Construction of shingle road from Gujjar Banda to Gabbar Seer (0.3 km), (iv) Goshal Bridge district Kohistan Upper, (v) PCC of Kafar Sail to Mukhtyar Abad Road (700) PCC 2) Package No.2: (i) PCC of Darail to Kot Road (1.500 km), (ii) Construction of road from Harban to Kandia Gayal Shingle Rar (01 km), (iii) Construction of shingle road from Tal Dar to Deyonai (01 km), (iv) Construction of shingle road from Tanda Pani to Harpay Deyoung Supat (2.40 km) 3) Package No.3: Construction of PCC of Butt Soo to Jalkot Road (4.5 km) The scope includes civil works such as road construction, shingle road laying, PCC (Portland Cement Concrete) road works, and bridge construction. The projects are located in the mountainous and challenging terrain of Kohistan Upper, requiring experienced contractors with PEC category C-4 or above. Bidders must be registered with FBR and KP Revenue Authority and demonstrate relevant experience in similar road works. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-PAD system and KPPRA website. Clarifications can be obtained from the Procuring Entity upon submission of valid PEC registration, C&W Department registration card, and payment of a non-refundable printing fee of Rs. 3,000/-. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PAD system by 26-08-2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Financial bids will be opened after evaluation of technical bids, with the date to be announced. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 17-08-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division, Kohistan Upper. Bidders are advised to attend for clarifications. Earnest Money and Bid Security requirements are specified, including 2% bid security of Engineer Estimate and additional securities for bids quoting below engineer estimates.
