The project requires PEC category C4 and above contractors. Bidders must submit 2% bid security of the engineer's estimate plus stamp duty as call deposit in favor of Executive Engineer C&W Division South Waziristan Upper. Additional security requirements apply for bids quoting more than 10% below estimate.
