Construction of Roads to Tourist Spots in Malakand & Hazara Division

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the construction of roads to tourist spots in Malakand and Hazara Division, specifically in Abbottabad city. Items being procured: - Construction of Darwaish Abad (Khan Kalan) to Ali Abad Road (3.5 KM) - Construction of Nagri Tutial, Mari to Batkanala Road (2.5 KM) The works involve road construction in mountainous and tourist areas requiring experienced contractors with PEC registration in categories C-4 & Above and C-5 & Above respectively. The estimated costs are Rs. 93.897 Million for the first road and Rs. 63.500 Million for the second. The bids must be submitted online through the E-PAD system by 16th October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day.
