Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division Quetta invites eligible bidders for the execution of construction and improvement works of urban infrastructure and solarization at various localities of Quetta. Items being procured:
- Construction & Improvement of Urban Infrastructure and Solarization Works
- Roads
- Drainage/Sewerage
- Tuff Tiles
- Street Lights
- Water Supply Systems
- Culverts
- Gates
- Home Solar Systems
The project is based on the Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates for the Year 2026. The estimated cost is Rs. 181,090,000. Procurement shall be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registered with PEC in category C-4 and above (up to 200 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE 1C01(i) for General Civil Engineering Works. Bidders must provide an affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no major litigation, and no failure to sign contracts in the last 5 years. Experience requirements include completion of at least 2 similar projects with a turnover of at least 126,763,000 PKR in the last financial year and 3 similar projects in the last 5 years with at least 80% similarity and 50% cost of the estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works are not accepted.
Bid Security of 3% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents including NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gop.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 25 September 2026 at 09:00 AM through the supplier dashboard.
