Construction & Improvement of Urban Infrastructure and Solarization Works including Roads, Drainage/Sewerage, Tuff Tiles, Street Lights, Water Supply Systems, Culverts, Gates and Home Solar Systems at Various Localities of Quetta

The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date from interested Contractors/Firms for construction and improvement of urban infrastructure and solarization works at various localities of Quetta. Items being procured: - Construction & Improvement of Urban Infrastructure - Solarization Works including Roads - Drainage/Sewerage - Tuff Tiles - Street Lights - Water Supply Systems - Culverts - Gates - Home Solar Systems The procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014 amended up to date. Basic eligibility requires firms/contractors to have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above and relevant specialization code. Firms must be single entity with valid PEC registration, registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority, and active on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) with FBR. Firms must have a turnover of at least last three years and completed three assignments of similar nature. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee of 3% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be downloaded from www.bppra.org.pk. Tender processing fee of Rs. 4000/- must be deposited in government treasury under account C-03870 through Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). The last date for bid submission is **18 November 2026 at 09:00 AM** through the supplier dashboard electronically. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM on EPPS System. Bids will be opened at the Office of the Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department Zarghoon Road Quetta. Bid validity period is ninety (90) days. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure all eligibility criteria and bid security requirements are met to avoid disqualification.
