Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of B/T Roads in Malakand Division

The Communication & Works Department, C&W Division No. II Swat at Matta, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for important road construction and improvement works in Malakand Division. The projects include construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of blacktop roads across various locations in the division. Items being procured: - Construction/Widening Allama Iqbal School to Motorway Road Biakand Kandaw Shabika Road Taghma to Byakoor Road (1.9 Km) - Construction/Widening of Rice Plant Warsak to Tawheed Abad Road Kuza Banda to Dherai Road (1.8 Km) - Construction/Widening of Tawheed Abad to Muqbara Road Masho Banda Shakardara Road Mam Dherai Retaining Wall (2 Km) - Construction/Widening of Qalay Damaza to Asharband Road Biakand to Ahmad Shah Road (1.625 Km) - Construction/Widening of Acharo Road (1.5 Km) - Construction of Awarai Kuz Lalkoo Road Barrai Road (1.5 Km) - Construction of Charai Jai Gul Banda Road Kohistani Banda Tango Jai Road (1.6 Km) - Construction of Hassan Sirai Road Sakhra Main Road Idrees House Detpani Link Road (1.2 Km) - Construction of Druzgar Deran Patay Road (1 Km) - Construction/Widening of Chatorya Road Barabro Dherai Road (1.5 Km) - Construction/Widening of Dughalgo Road Masjid Shiekh Abad to Baghwani Chinar Road (1.5 Km) The technical scope covers civil works for road construction and widening, including retaining walls and link roads. Bidders must submit a technical proposal in the required format via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) before submitting financial bids. Bid security in the form of CDR is mandatory, with amounts ranging from Rs. 800,000 to Rs. 2,000,000 depending on the lot. Firms must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under Finance Act 2013 and comply with KPPRA regulations. The deadline for bid submission is 20 August 2026 at 12:00 hours, with technical proposals opening at 12:30 hours the same day. Financial bids will be opened within 14 days after technical bid approval. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. The venue for bid opening is the Office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division No. II Swat at Matta.
