The project site is located at a strategic point on the M-10 Northern Bypass, facilitating efficient entry and exit for commercial transport. The works will require civil construction, installation of security infrastructure, and provision of utility connections as per the detailed engineering design. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possess valid FBR/ATL registration. Experience in similar infrastructure projects will be considered an advantage. Earnest Money and other bid securities must be submitted as per the tender requirements.
