Tender Description

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through its Resident Engineer at Jinnah Hydel Power Station in Kalabagh, Tehsil Isakhel, District Mianwali, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the removal of mud, sludge/silt and construction of a G.I shed at the Thin Oil Floor of Jinnah Hydel Power Station. This procurement is planned under the fiscal year 2026-27 with funds reserved accordingly. Items being procured: - Removal of Mud - Removal of Sludge/Silt - Construction of G.I Shed at Thin Oil Floor The scope of work includes site preparation, removal of accumulated mud and sludge/silt, and the construction of a galvanized iron shed to protect the thin oil floor area. The work requires adherence to technical specifications detailed in the bidding documents available on the EPADS v2.0 portal. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified. Where bid security is not required, a bid security declaration must be furnished. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0. The deadline for submission of e-bids is Thursday, October 08, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM via the EPADS v2.0 system. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
