Furnishing of Building at Islamabad

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from pre-qualified, enlisted, and security cleared contractors for furnishing works of a building located in Islamabad. The project duration is 6 months. Items being procured: - Furnishing of Building at Islamabad The tender documents can be obtained during working hours (0900 to 1600 Hrs) Monday to Friday from the office in Islamabad against a fee of Rs. 5000. The fixed bid security is Rs. 1 million in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan. If submitting Bank Guarantee, it must have an expiry date at least 6 months from bid opening and be in favor of Director Finance Works. Two copies of the BOQ (one original and one photocopy) must be submitted sealed and pre-signed. Tender submission deadline is 15-10-2026 at 1030 Hrs, with bid opening at 1100 Hrs the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 08-10-2026 at 1000 Hrs. Tender documents will not be accepted by post, courier, or telegraphic means. The Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to analyze quoted rates for reasonability and workability. Incomplete bids will be treated as non-responsive.
