Construction of Play Grounds at Various Chaks in Faisalabad

The LG&CD Civil Division Faisalabad invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login) for development works involving construction of play grounds at various locations in Faisalabad. Contractors must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and meet all eligibility criteria prescribed in the bidding documents. The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Construction of Play Ground at Chak No. 61/JB, 62/JB, 73/JB District Faisalabad (Estimated Cost Rs. 50.000 Million) - Construction of Play Ground at Chak No. 272/JB, 273/JB, 81/JB District Faisalabad (Estimated Cost Rs. 48.600 Million) - Construction of Play Ground at Chak No. 51/JB, 58/JB, 27/JB District Faisalabad (Estimated Cost Rs. 49.100 Million) - Construction of Play Ground at Chak No. 218/RB, 100/JB District Faisalabad (Estimated Cost Rs. 28.200 Million) - Construction of Play Ground at Chak No. 104/JB, 116/JB District Faisalabad (Estimated Cost Rs. 24.100 Million) The scope includes full construction works for play grounds at the specified chaks in Faisalabad district. Bidders must be registered with PEC in categories C5 & Above for most lots, and C6 & Above for one lot, and provide earnest money equal to 3% of the estimated cost as Bid Security via Digital Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted. Performance Security of 5% of contract price will be required upon award. Bids must be submitted electronically by 06-10-2026 at 12:00 PM through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Department Civil Sub Division Faisalabad. Manual, email, courier, or hand submissions will be rejected. Bids must comply with all terms, conditions, and specifications available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab website. Eligibility requires PEC registration for the financial year 2026-27, valid FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules. Earnest money and performance security must be provided as specified.
