Construction and Installation Works at Toi Banda and Rakh Topi Kohat Forest Division

The Divisional Forest Officer, Kohat Forest Division, invites experienced and registered contractors, suppliers, and firms to submit e-tenders for various construction and installation works under the project Rehabilitation of Toi Banda Inspection Hut and Visitor Compound at Kohat Forest Division and Strengthening Protection & Conservation Measures in Rakh Topi Protected Forests and Rakh Soban Resumed Land Forest Areas. This procurement is conducted under the single stage single envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - PACKAGE-A: Picnic Spot at Toi Banda (Estimated Cost Rs. 1.90 Million) - PACKAGE-B: Installation of 12 KW Solar System at Toi Banda Rest House (Estimated Cost Rs. 2.542 Million) - PACKAGE-C: Parking Shade at Toi Banda Rest House (Estimated Cost Rs. 0.800 Million) - PACKAGE-D: Construction of Barracks at Rakh Topi Shakardara Kohat (Estimated Cost Rs. 4.983 Million) The scope includes civil construction works and installation of solar power systems at specified locations within Kohat Forest Division. Bidders must have NTN/GST/KPPRA registration and relevant PEC codes, specifically EE11 for solar and general electrical works. Earnest money in the form of 2% CDR of the bid price is required, along with an affidavit regarding the original CDR. The bids will be evaluated package-wise, and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the EPAD portal before 17 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Original CDR and affidavits must be sealed and submitted physically before the closing date. Late, conditional, or manual bids will not be entertained. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will apply. A one-year warranty and free maintenance for the solar system is required from the supplier.
