Tender Description

The Executive Engineer Urban Planning and Development Department Quetta Division Quetta invites bids for the construction and installation of 10 tube well bores along with a solar system at District Pishin. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026 and is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The project involves significant civil works including drilling and installation of tube wells, as well as the integration of solar power systems to ensure sustainable energy supply for water pumping. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above, with specialized codes CE09, CE09(i) for sewerage works, and CE09(ii) for water supply. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and not blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority including PEC, PPRA, or Balochistan Revenue Authority. Experience is critical; bidders must have completed at least two similar assignments with a turnover of no less than PKR 103,950,000 in recent years, demonstrating financial capacity and technical expertise. The tender fee is PKR 2000 and a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) website. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard by the deadline of 05 June 2026 at 09:00 AM. Tender opening will occur the same day at 10:00 AM on the EPPS system.
