Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security is required as per the tender documents.
Tender documents can be obtained from the official procurement portal. Bidders must submit their bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) by 12:00 PM on 13 July 2026. The original bid security must be dropped in the tender box at the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Multan. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of both the electronic and physical bid securities and to carefully follow the single stage two envelope system requirements to avoid disqualification. Proper documentation and compliance with PEC and FBR requirements will strengthen the bid.
This tender offers a significant opportunity for contractors experienced in railway infrastructure and civil works in Punjab, specifically Multan, with a clear deadline and detailed procedural requirements.
