Construction of Lift Irrigation Schemes and Water Tanks at Darel (Halqa-17) Diamer

The Water Management & Irrigation Department Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders for the construction of Lift Irrigation Schemes and Water Tanks at Darel (Halqa-17) Diamer. The tender follows a single stage one envelope procedure with the closing date and time set for 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, and the opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council under category C6 & above (CE-03) and have valid PEC registration for 2027 in the relevant code. Renewal of PEC for 2026-27 is mandatory. Bidders must submit a CDR as bid security from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. No sick scheme or litigation certificates are allowed. Bids must be accompanied by bid security at 3% of the estimated cost and an additional performance guarantee of 5% in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the Deputy Director Water Management & Irrigation Department District Diamer. Bidders should submit their bids within the scheduled time. Late bids will not be accepted. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules. The bid security will be retained until acceptance and refunded thereafter.
