Tender Description
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) through its Project Management Unit (IESCO-PMU) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of civil works under the contract titled Construction of Line Bay at 132 kV GSS Tamman (Controlling 2nd Circuit 132 kV Lakarmar to Tamman) under IESCO Multiyear Tariff for FY 2026-27. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 4,903,713/- including PST. Items being procured:
- Construction of Line Bay at 132 kV GSS Tamman
- Controlling 2nd Circuit 132 kV Lakarmar to Tamman
The scope involves civil works related to the construction of the line bay at the specified grid station, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards as detailed in the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents.
