Construction Works for Link Road, Damage Wing Wall, and Patch Work in Muzaffarabad

The Communication & Works Department Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites electronic bids through a Single Stage One Envelope E-Bidding System for various construction works in Muzaffarabad. The bidding is open to eligible firms and contractors registered with the department and licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Construction of R Wall Link Road Tange Stand to Babu Mohalla near Water Tank - Construction of Damage Wing Wall at Iheeng Surli Sacha Minha Road near Baily Bridge - Construction of Patch Work at Subri Store Subri Nakran Road, length 4.50 Km These works involve civil construction including retaining walls, wing walls, and patch repairs on roads and related infrastructure. The projects are located in Muzaffarabad district and require PEC category C6 or above. Bidders must provide earnest money in the form of a valid call deposit; failure to do so will result in disqualification for one year. Bid securities of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after contract award or bid validity expiry. Bidding documents and instructions can be downloaded from the official C&W website (www.cwd.ajk.gov.pk) up to one day before the bid opening date. Electronic bidding will be conducted on a percentage basis (above/below) with two decimal places considered for evaluation.
