Construction of Link Taxiway for General Aviation Hangers at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Lahore invites bids for the construction of a link taxiway for general aviation hangers at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore. This project involves substantial civil works including ground leveling, sub-grade preparation, laying of stone ballast, cement concrete, hot-mix bituminous concrete runway pavement, and pavement marking. Eligible bidders must be licensed constructors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above for the current year. Bidders should have an average annual turnover exceeding PKR 20 million over the last three years and documentary evidence of at least two civil work projects worth PKR 20 million or more executed at any international airport in Pakistan during the last three years. A valid bid security of PKR 450,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Pay Order, or Bankers Cheque from a scheduled bank in Pakistan is required. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal by 07 July 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day.
