Construction of Local Bores and Solar Water Supply Schemes in District Pishin

The Local Government & Rural Development Department Pishin invites sealed percentage based Electronic bids as per prevailing B-CSRs 2026 for the construction of Local Bores, Solar Water Supply Schemes and Solarization of existing Community Water Supply Schemes at various locations in District Pishin. Items being procured: - Construction of Local Bores - Solar Water Supply Schemes - Solarization of Existing Community Water Supply Schemes Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be active taxpayers, not blacklisted by any procuring agency including Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration with PEC C-4 and above (up to 200 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works is mandatory. Bidders must have completed at least 2 similar assignments with a minimum cost of Rs. 103,950,000 in the last 5 years, with at least 3 similar projects completed, each having 80% minimum work and 50% of estimated cost. Maintenance, restoration, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted. Earnest money in the form of Bid Security must accompany bids. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30th September 2026 at 09:00 AM via E-PPS system.
