Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority City Karachi (DHAC) is inviting bids for the construction of Main Boulevard Less Service Roads (350 ft wide) from Station 0+00 to 93+00 under Package-1, Phase-1C at DHAC Indus Hills Karachi. This project involves significant civil and road infrastructure works aimed at enhancing the road network within the DHA City Karachi area. Items being procured: - Construction of Main Boulevard Less Service Roads (350 ft wide) Station 0+00 to 93+00 Package-1, Phase-1C The scope includes comprehensive civil works for road construction, including earthworks, pavement laying, and associated infrastructure to ensure a durable and efficient road system. The project site is located in Indus Hills, Karachi, requiring contractors to mobilize resources accordingly. Eligible contractors must have valid PEC registration in Category CB or above, with required PEC Codes CE 01, CE 10, and CE 11. Firms must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and SRB for Sales Tax, maintaining active taxpayer status with both authorities. The bid security must be submitted as Demand Draft, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Insurance Guarantee equivalent to 2% of the bid amount. Bidding documents are available from 09 July 2026 at the Design & Contract Directorate, DHA City Karachi, KM 50, Motorway M-9, upon payment of a non-refundable bid fee of Rs. 15,000 in favor of DHA City Karachi and presentation of valid PEC registration certificate. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 17 July 2026 at 1130 hours in the Main Conference Room, DHAC Karachi. Sealed bids must be delivered to the D&C Directorate DHA City Karachi on or before 24 July 2026 by 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened later.
