The LG&CD Civil Division Sahiwal invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the development work under the Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Programme (SAP) 2026-27. The procurement is conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Beautification and Renovation of City Haveli Lakha - Shakoor Abad - Kot Allah Yar including Sewerage - Tuff Tile - PCC Soling - Drainage/Nali - Street Lights - Culverts etc. The project is located in Tehsil Depalpur District Okara. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 12-10-2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Department Civil Sub Division Okara and authorized representatives. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under category C5 & above, submission of Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost through a Digital Bank Guarantee or Bank Guarantee via SWIFT MT760 in favor of the Executive Engineer LG&CD Department Civil Division Sahiwal. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, etc. are not accepted. Bids submitted without valid Digital Bank Guarantee will be rejected. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Security equal to 10% of the Contract Price through SWIFT MT760 as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Bids must be submitted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System; submissions via email, courier, post, or by hand will not be accepted. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time before acceptance and may increase or decrease the scope or quantity of work subject to budget availability.
