The works are to be executed as per approved specifications and the estimated cost for the main package is Rs. 33,300,000, while the maintenance package is Rs. 22,200,000. Items being procured: - Construction and maintenance at Qila Allah Hasar, EME Complex Hayatabad, Kohat Road Officer Mess, Defence Masjid, Technical Workshop, and allied buildings (estimated cost: Rs. 33,300,000) - Maintenance works at the same locations (estimated cost: Rs. 22,200,000) The technical scope includes new construction, repairs, and maintenance of various buildings and facilities within the specified complexes. Contractors must be registered and approved, and only those present at the site at 12:00 noon on the day of opening will be allowed to participate. Earnest money and bid security requirements apply as per standard procurement rules. Detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the office during working hours. Bids must be submitted by 28 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. The opening will take place the same day at 12:00 noon.
