Tender Description
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids for multiple construction and maintenance works at various 132KV Grid Stations in Faisalabad including Pir Mahal, Jauharabad, Factory Area, Jaranwala Road, Sargodha City, and Kamalia. The scope covers up-raising of boundary walls, construction of RE offices, maintenance and repair of quarters, special repairs, installation of street lights, and tower protection. These works involve civil construction, electrical installations, water supply and sewerage system upgrades, and mechanical repairs. The projects vary in scale with completion periods ranging from 20 to 120 days.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26 with relevant specialization codes and must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Contractors should have completed at least two similar contracts in the last ten years with a consolidated value exceeding 40% of the estimated cost. They must also provide income tax returns for the last three years, sales tax registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and demonstrate financial capability including cash equivalents of 10% of the contract value. Compliance with NEPRA Safety Code is mandatory.
Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS Version 2.0 by 28th July 2026 at 11:30 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Original CDR as bid security must be submitted to the Executive Engineer Civil Works Division-II FESCO Faisalabad by the bid submission deadline. Tender documents are available on the E-PADS portal and FESCO website.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents including PEC certificates, tax registrations, and financial statements are complete and uploaded correctly on E-PADS to avoid disqualification.
