Construction and Maintenance Works for Various Buildings in Sargodha Division for FY 2026-27

Contractors must have PEC registration with relevant codes and comply with PPRA rules. Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract amount is required through EPADS. Tender documents must be complete and submitted online. The 10% performance security will be retained until 3 months after project completion. Contractors with PEC code ME03 are eligible for the elevator maintenance contract (Sr. No. 14). Earnest money must be submitted as per the prescribed rates.
