Construction of MCH Block at Gole and Separate Water Supply Line for Lower Complex in Skardu Town

The Gilgit Baltistan C&W Department PHE and Building Division Skardu is inviting sealed bids from reputable and experienced contractors and firms for two major infrastructure projects in Skardu. This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per GBPPRA Rule 39(a). Bidders must possess valid PEC registration with the relevant category and code for the specified works. Items being procured: - Construction of MCH Block at existing C-Class Dispensary at Gole (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5,678,446, PEC Code: C-6 & above, CE-10) - Separate water supply line for lower Complex to Eid Gah Colony, Elementary College, Sundus, Radio Pakistan Chowk, Tufail Colony, Bromlo Colony (Ph-I) including extension and strengthening of distribution lines at various locations in Skardu Town (Estimated Cost: Rs. 31,026,148, PEC Code: C-5 & above, CE-10) The technical scope includes civil construction for the MCH Block and comprehensive water supply infrastructure works, including extension and strengthening of distribution lines across multiple localities in Skardu. Both projects require adherence to the specified PEC codes and categories. Bidders must submit a bid security of 3% of the engineer's cost estimate in the form of a Call Deposit, along with a valid PEC registration for CFY 2026-27, CNIC, and other mandatory documents as outlined in the notice. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer PHE and Building Division Skardu upon submission of a written application and nonrefundable tender fee. The deadline for submission of bids is 24 August 2026, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at the office near Parishan Chowk, Skardu. All bids must be submitted in sealed form, and late submissions will not be entertained.
