315- Construction of Mosque at SBP HOK with Allied Works Along with Underground Water Tank and Landscaping, SBP Head Office Karachi

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC) invites sealed bids for the construction of a mosque at SBP Head Office Karachi (SBP HOK) including allied works, an underground water tank, and landscaping. This project is located in Karachi, Sindh, and involves comprehensive civil works including demolition, excavation, reinforced concrete, masonry, plaster, tile and marble works, carpentry, waterproofing, plumbing, painting, electrical, lift, sound system, and HVAC works. Items being procured: - Dismantling of existing fiber shed structure - Demolition of existing mosque and adjoining prayer hall - Excavation for raft foundation and underground tanks - Backfilling and granular filling - Steel reinforcement and reinforced concrete works - Block masonry and plaster works - Carpentry and joinery including wooden doors and windows - Waterproofing and built-up roofing - UPVC doors and ventilators - Stainless steel decorative crescents - Quranic ayat/islamic calligraphy sculptures - Floor and wall finishes including marble and granite - Plumbing and drainage works - Sanitary fittings - HVAC works including supply and installation of VRF system - Electrical works including LED lighting and distribution boards - Lift works including supply and installation of MRL passenger lift - Sound system works including supply and installation of speakers, amplifiers, mixers, microphones, and accessories - Landscaping including pre-cast concrete pavers and kerb stones The technical scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the complete and functional construction of the mosque and associated facilities. The project duration is 450 days with a detailed work program and key performance indicators provided. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration (C-3 or above with relevant specialization), FBR registration, and experience with similar projects. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, or demand draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 24th September 2026 at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The contract includes a 10% performance guarantee and a 180-day bid validity period.
