The CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II invites contractors and firms for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for various construction and maintenance works in the area of responsibility. The scope includes Construction, Repair, Maintenance, Provision, CTC, DC of Miscellaneous Buildings (Bazaar), Supply of Building & Road and Electrical & Mechanical Items, and Appointment of Auctioneer. Items being procured: - Construction, Repair, Maintenance, Provision, CTC, DC of Miscellaneous Buildings (Bazaar) - Supply of Building & Road (B&R) Items - Supply of Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) Items - Appointment of Auctioneer in AOR of CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II Contractors must submit complete credentials and tenders will only be issued to firms with sufficient relevant experience. Tenders must be received by 1130 hrs on 17 September 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hrs the same day. Contractors must certify registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide proof of NTN registration. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, or D with relevant experience are eligible. Firms not on the approved list must submit a certificate detailing work executed in the last two years. Interested parties may contact the CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II office between 0800 to 1500 hours on working days for further details. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per PPRA rules. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all documentation requirements. Earnest Money and bid security details should be carefully prepared as per tender documents.
