Military Engineer Services (Navy) is inviting applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for a comprehensive set of repair, maintenance, and minor construction works at PNS Himalaya and PNS Rahbar, Karachi. This opportunity is open to MES-approved contractors and those from other government departments with relevant experience. The works cover a wide range of civil, electrical, and building maintenance tasks for the financial year 2026. Only contractors on the MES approved list or those with relevant government experience may apply. Firms must provide evidence of similar works executed in the last two years, along with lists of assets, personnel, machinery, GST registration, and NTN certificate. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council is mandatory for issuance of tender documents. Applications for pre-qualification must be submitted by 10th September 2026, 1200 hrs. Tenders will be submitted by 1130 hours on 14th September 2026 and opened the same day at 1200 hrs. Documents can be obtained from the Assistant Garrison Engineer (Navy) Maintenance Manora Karachi. A non-refundable fee of PKR 15,000 is required, payable via crossed cheque and deposit slip as specified. Tip: Ensure all supporting documents, especially evidence of similar works and PEC registration, are complete and up to date to avoid disqualification at the pre-qualification stage.
